Your kickboxing class sounds fantastic! I would love to do something like that. It's a sign of how well you're doing when you miss your workout when you can't do it! :)
And I totally identify with how you let yourself get too hungry- I used to do that all the time, and I would use that as a license to go crazy. I pack a NutriGrain bar all the time now.
As a newbie, I look forward to getting to know you better! Have a great week!

Hey! I just wanted to let you know that I'm one of those "new readers" who is silently cheering you on and enjoying reading your posts. Thanks for your insight. I beat myself up too much when it comes to what I do/don't eat.

Keep writing. I am adding you to my blog roll.

Way to not skip your workout even though you had a good excuse! Now that's called having a new mindset.

Great job for recognizing what you need to work on and then actually doing it. Also, I love the new layout. :)

I've always wanted to try Zumba but its not at a time at my gym that I can attend. What a great idea to do it from youtube! I'm totally going to try that!!!! Thanks!

Zumba is on YouTube? You are the YouTube queen. You always find the coolest stuff.

And as for the moody, Dan made a similar comment to me. He wasn't mean or anything, we were just talking about how I was a little more emotional than usual. He said that is was probably because I was used to using food, and now I had to face those things. It was a light bulb moment. And yes, it is better than resorting to Oreos. Kudos to you.
